Not sure which dance styles you want to learn? Looking for a fun night out with dancing? Interested in meeting new people who live and dance in Salt Lake City? Choose between Salsa dance lessons, Bachata dance lessons, West Coast Swing, Country Swing or even Ballroom at our Utah location! We offer dance lessons without partner and for couples, plus there is often dancing right after. Join us anytime, but pre-registration is required.

Important information before your 1st Dance Lesson
Established in 2008 Df Dance Studio is the place to be for social dance lessons in Salt Lake City. We want to make sure your experience is great!
We require pre-registration for all of our classes so we can gauge the size of the group, ratios and staff needed!
No you don't need a partner for most of our classes, unless specified otherwise for a specific dance class. You don't have to rotate though if you only want to dance with your special someone.
Thats up to you! Aks yourself is there a specific music style you like listening to? Do you want to go out to Country Swing bars or Latin Dance Socials? This is a great place to start. If not, then watch some of our dance videos to get an idea!
Wear comfortable clothes to your dance lessons and bring a change of shoes (or just wipe your shoes at the door) with preferrably leather soles so you don't stick to the floor!
