Front Desk / Studio Host
Great for: Friendly problem-solvers who love helping people.
- Greet students, handle check-ins, sales, and class questions
- Support events & socials; light studio upkeep
- Communicate policies with warmth & professionalism
Requirements: Reliable, organized, comfortable with computers; evening availability.
Dance Instructor – Salsa/Bachata (Latin Program)
- Teach beginner–intermediate group classes and occasional workshops
- Provide clear technique on timing, connection, and social etiquette
- Optional: perform, coach teams, or take on choreography projects
Preferred: Prior teaching/social experience; strong musicality; dependable schedule.
Dance Instructor – West Coast Swing / Country Swing
- Lead progressive curricula for Level 1+ classes and practice labs
- Coach students on frame, stretch, technique, and floorcraft
- Support the Swing social community and occasional weekend events
Preferred: Social dance background; ability to co-teach and give concise feedback.
Ballroom / Latin Instructor
- Teach American/International styles for adults (group & private lessons)
- Strong fundamentals in Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, Cha Cha, Tango (and more)
- Wedding first-dance coaching a plus
Preferred: Teaching or competitive background; clear, encouraging coaching style.
Teaching Assistant (TA) / Apprentice – Mentorship Program
Get real classroom experience while training in DF’s teaching system.
- Shadow instructors, assist warmups, and help students during class
- Receive structured feedback and clear milestones toward Junior Teacher
- Ideal for dedicated dancers ready to grow into paid teaching roles
Availability: Consistent weekly evenings; some weekends for events.
Content Creator / Social Media Assistant
- Capture short-form video/photos during peak class hours
- Edit & post approved Reels/Stories; write captions; track performance
- Coordinate with marketing to highlight classes, events, and community
Preferred: Basic editing skills, reliability during 6–9pm windows, eye for storytelling.
Event Staff / Socials
- Support check-in, floor hosting, setup/teardown, and a welcoming environment
- Evening/friday/saturday availability preferred

Basic Requirements
- Reliable transportation and on-time, professional presence
- Evening availability (most classes 6–9pm); some weekends for events
- Comfort communicating with adult beginners in a friendly, patient way
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; background check may be required
